🚒 Congratulations to Deputy Fire Chief Frank Reposh! 🚒Last night, Lieutenant Frank Reposh was officially sworn in and promoted to Deputy Fire Chief. Our own Willowbrook High School alumnus Deputy Chief Reposh joined the Villa Park Fire Department on October 17, 2005. Over the years, he has earned numerous certifications from the Office of the State Fire Marshal, including Advanced Fire Officer, Incident Safety Officer, Instructor II, Training Program Manager, and Fire Investigator. He has also served on the DuPage County Fire Investigation Task Force for the past 12 years and recently took on the role of Assistant Commander of Team Delta—one of the busiest teams in the county.In addition to his impressive career, Deputy Chief Reposh has been a pre-paramedic preceptor, coordinates the department’s technology, and has been a dedicated member of the Firefighters Union Executive Board for over 15 years, including 10 years as President. He was promoted to Lieutenant in 2021, where he excelled as a training officer and EMS coordinator.Please join us in congratulating Deputy Chief Reposh on his well-deserved promotion and continued service to our community!

🚨 Welcome Officer Neil McMahon!🚨Last night, we proudly swore in Officer Neil McMahon as a new full-time member of our Villa Park Police Department. With 15 years of law enforcement experience, including time with the Broadview Police Department and various security roles, Officer McMahon brings a wealth of expertise to our team. He is a certified fire and rifle instructor, Taser instructor, field training officer, traffic crash investigator, truck enforcement officer, drone pilot, and has extensive training in de-escalation and cultural awareness. We've also made progress on the running track slab, gym concrete slab, interior masonry walls, and more. The project is expected to be completed by December 2024.
